FINANCIAL SECTOR  MELTDOWN IN US PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES TO JAMAICAN COMPANIES

Basil Naar, CEO of Churches Cooperative Credit Union says “ the financial meltdown in the US provides great opportunities for Jamaican Companies,”   this revelation   was made  at the signing of the new synergy between Caribbean International Network, CIN, and  Churches Cooperative Credit Union at its headquarters recently.

Churches Cooperative has added another dimension to the “A” list of sponsors already involved with Caribbean International Network.  According to the CEO of Churches Cooperative Credit Union, Basil Naar, “With the financial debacle caused by the sub-price mortgage fallout, it is prudent that financial institutions like Churches which are well run and also provide products and services to everyone.  There is a product for everyone at Churches, and this is an opportune time to expose our Brand & Image outside of Jamaica.”

Boasting over 2 million Caribbean viewers in New York and the Tri-State area over the last 14 years, the Caribbean International Network plays a strategic role in  linking the Caribbean community to their rich history and culture.  Founder & CEO, Stephen Hill, has worked feverishly over the years to bring the only regularly scheduled television service for the New York Caribbean American Community.

Stephen Hill of the Caribbean International Network (CIN), congratulated Basil Naar on his initiative to target the over 1 million Jamaicans living in New York and the Tri-State, who have savings of over US$40 billion.  If Jamaican companies are to grow, they have to move outside of the local Jamaican market and seek new growth opportunities in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom where large Jamaican populations reside.
CIN can help Jamaican companies achieve these growth objectives, as the CINTV platform reaches 18.9 million people in New York and the Tri-State, and is rated by Nielsen as being the number one television platform in the Caribbean community

For the last 14 years CIN has provided a full menu of News, Sports, Drama and Music programmes – created exclusively for the rapidly growing Caribbean population.  Companies who advertise with CIN can be assured of Competitiveness, Superior Product, Responsive Audience, Excellent Service and Satisfied Customers.  In addition, sponsors are introduced to a great untapped Marketing Opportunity.

CIN continues to spread its wings in order to afford their sponsors, like Churches Cooperative, a deeper market penetration into the large overseas Caribbean Community.  With a CIN sponsorship, ‘the growth of your Brand will go hand in hand.’
